Does collagen help with cellulite?

According to several publications and studies, science has found consuming hydrolyzed collagen can indeed help reduce cellulite overtime.

You can reference one of these studies here. Another study you can reference is here.

Collagen can be defined as the main structural protein in the body’s connective tissue. It represents 80% of all connective tissues. Since the skin (dermis) contains 75% collagen, the protein accounts for approximately 90% of the entire skin volume.

Having adequate amounts of collagen is vital for keeping the skin’s walls ridged and preventing cellulite bumps from appearing on the body. As we age, our bodies natural production of collagen reduces. There are differences in the age we start declining our natural production of collagen but the average publications say about 23-25 years of age.

4Life™ has an excellent collagen product that is hydrolyzed (which helps the body absorb the product more effectively). I have been personally consuming their collagen product since they launched it at the RISE Convention in 2019. I have had many positive results. One of the includes my cellulite on the backs of my thighs being reduced. I still have cellulite as of now on the backs of my thighs but it has slowly becoming less obvious overtime. I am not personally concerned with it because I have had it since I was in high school (even as a very active athlete with an active lifestyle). But after I noticed others consuming 4Life's* Collagen started sharing their cellulite was going away, I started paying attention to see if I would have the same result to share with others. I am.
